His background spans Fair Work compliance, NDIS operations, Department of Employment and Workplace Relations frameworks, and workforce systems connected to Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), formerly known as Disability Employment Services (DES), as well as Workforce for Centrelink participants who are fit to work but currently unemployed.
